Hey i was wondering what i could do about my plants drooping leaves. From the middle down the leaves are pretty much sitting on top of the ones below them. Is this a sign of overwatering?

more a sign of underwatering I'd say did they go very dry or long without water before you overwatered them ?

Drooping Leaves!!
is caused by both overwatering and underwatering.
if they are underwatered 2-3 hours after watering you will see the leaves lift.

I dont think i have overwatered them. i give them 100 ml every morning. how much should a 1.5 foot 3 week into flowering be watered?

just keep your soil dark... once it looks bone dry like a light brown water them again... look for colour in your soil
