Your ok thats not a disaster. Vacuum and clean your area. You are stretching a bit because t-5s are not good for full term just for vegging. I would hang the t-5s on each side vertically to help with bud density but you will only be able to grow one good plant. T-5s can be 1 inch from plant as long as you have some air flow.
Why not grow indoors during summer months? If you do it right it's no problem. When it gets hot in the summer you just need to adapt. My 600 watt HPS is running right now in my tent in the garage. The garage is not air conditioned and the temp is 84 degrees. Inside the tent it's around 77 degrees. I do have a six inch 400 cfm fan, a sealed hood, and am exhausting up through the attic to vent outside. Plus I have a portable air conditioner inside the tent which also vents to the outside. I only need to do this for a month or two depending how hot the summer gets.
I could grow outside but I like to keep my weed clean. I have too many tall trees around dropping crap and then there is the bugs. Last time I grew a few plants outside they ended up full of pine needles, dead bugs that got stuck to the resinous buds, other bits of various things that drifted in the wind, and I found some nasty little caterpillars in some of the buds while trimming. I would love to be able to grow in my backyard but weed just catches too many things when it's flowering and all sticky and I have these tall trees all around dropping crap so I just grow vegetables outside. I hate dirty weed and I'm not picking through it. So I grow indoors and harvest nice clean weed.
Also, T5's can grow some good weed. This guy did pretty good @

You can mix the bulbs. 6500k for the blue spectrum and 3000k for the red. Or use 6500k for veg and 3000k for flower. I only use T5's for veg but they can be used for flower as well with good results. It depends on the grower.
