Right so iam 12 days into my grow from seedling, had a little issue with the soil being too "hot" for my seedlings, anyway flushed them and they perked up and really well and started growing nicely. This morning i woke up checked plants as always but noticed they were drooping. At first i thought maybe it was because the lights had only just come on ( i was up early) but when i got home 8-9 hours later they were still all droopy i read that this could be over watering but iam VERY cautious not to do this,so i was wondering if they droop if UNDER watered??? also one plant i noticed looks like its got a powdery white stuff on two leaves,looked this up and decided to buy some pure neem oil (thought even if it was nothing this would be ok anyway) as could be mold, do i water this down ?? if so how much per l??? cheers guys.
