hey guys I've been veging three plants for a month now on a drip system. This Sunday they are going into flowering. I was going to try to switch from the drip system to a dwc system. Will this shock the plants to much or put to much stress on them. I'm also switching from 400watts of flos in veggie to 600w hps in flowering. I'm sure that will also put a little inital stress on them. So will switching from a drip to dwc be to much.

i asked something like this in another thread this morning. i want to take my water pump and tubes out so the roots don`t tangle in them, aparently it`s alright. i might even take them out of the rubbermaid and put them in seperate buckets, depending on how many girls i have. i just switched from 2 65w cfl`s to a 400w hps 2 days ago and the plants love it..

Has anyone tried this. Switching to dwc from a drip system. The plants are in nets and growing in pellets so I should be able to just transfer them into my dwc system but not sure if this might be to much for them or if they'll love it. Just wondering if any has done something like this.

Switch man u will be happy with the outcome.... Leave ur water level about 1/2 to 3/4 full...Plenty of air stones and change it every 2 weeks bro...Its not going to harm them...I take plants out of soil and throw them in dwc all the time...... Just watch out in a couple weeks they may become jungles haha be carefull what u ask for..

Awesome. Great to hear. I'm going to switch them over tonight and start them on a 12/12 light cycle tomorrow. Thanks bro.
