Drip system and CoCo medium Will This work?

Are 1 liter pots too small to grow in? I am planning to do an AL B. Fuct variant. Using 4 of these:

with 4.5" pots option.

Instead of moving pots I plan to simply rotate the nutes every two weeks and number the nute bins with a perma marker. I also plan to use Coco as my meduim. I will get one of these started every two weeks and run each pair under a 1000W HPS HTG digital with Cool Tubes.

Mom's will be run under a pair (4 bulbs total) of HTG Supply 2' 55w (110W total) 6500K HO tubes.

Clones will be run under a pair (4 bulbs total) of HTG Supply 2' 55w (110W total) 6500K HO tubes.

I plan to follow Al B's method of 9" clones directly to Bloom method. I have three grows under my belt and have had excellent yields every time (thanks to this forum) I'd expect about 14-21grams (1/2 to 3/4 ounce) per plant with this method. I've done DWC and Ebb and Flow and I just want to round out my experience. I think I'm ready to go big but want some advice.

Are my expectations unreal or will this work and possibly produce those types of yields?

Thank in advance for answering my questions.

sounds like you got your shit together, i would guess as long your going to flower them at 9-10 inches 1 litre pots are probably perfect, and in the size pot your hit the nail on the head with yeild,id say .5 -1 oz per plant.

Thx Drew. I've always used much larger pots so I wasn't sure if it was too little to hit my goal. And in AL B's 2 week Guide I think he says he's using 4L pots, BUT I noticed in all the pics that the pots are not full they have a good 2-3 inch gap at the top.
