I've got a Bubbler setup but the one thing I can't find solid answers on and can't see from pics is if the water flow from the splitter to the top of the plants should be a drip or if it should be constant. Can someone please help me out here??

Why drip? i have found that plain old DWC with an air stone and keep them toped off up to the net pot or real close works best for me. Nice and simple.

So you guys actually don't use any form of top feed? Even from sprouting? Or do you sprout and let grow a couple inches so it roots into the rockwool and put that at the bottom of the netpot surrounded by hydroton and fill water to the rockwool level?

I've seen multiple setups with top feed of some sort and few with none...it's just not needed or what?

Not a 100% but i'm sure heath robinson swears by constant flow.

Not got round to trying it out myself , however if heath was to claim that hitting your plants with a stick while screaming "hakuna matata" made them grow better, I would take his word on it .

Deffo try it atleast a few times.

His grows speak for them self..

In my DWCs I don't top feed. I hand water germed seeds in cubes for a few days til they sprout at the top. After that they go into buckets for more of an aero effect until rooting begins. Water level is constantly at the bottom of the cube.
