dress for the job you want?

I was told a couple of different times growing up that you should dress for the job you want not the one you have yada yada yada....
My thing is that if I am dressing for the job I want then I must wanna be a gym teacher. During the summer you wont see me not sporting atheltic shoes, silky bball shorts, and a t shirt with some random graphic on it. And atm wearing a underarmour sweatshirt, some jeans and some sneaks, and the only occupation with this wardrobe that I can think of is gym teacher so I must have some urge to be one lol.
How about you guys, what job do you dress for, discount hooker?

Nah I have just been trying to get my lazy ass into a cardio routine atm but even that is proving to be troublesome with my back.

I must wanna be a beach bum, because 80% of the time I'm in shorts and a t-shirt. I'm in my house working in the garden, playing music, or reading, so the outfit is perfect. The only time I dress nicely is when I have a gig, or I'm going out for a concert or dinner or something. I save a lot on dry cleaning this way...

And if I was wearing tube socks with shorts and a fanny pack then you might have a case for pedo but I dont match that description.

I heard that growing up a lot as well.... and then i was given handme-down clothes.

Since i refuse to spend money on clothes, i dress like a 1950s-1960s farmhand. Guess i'll grow up to be a chronologically misplaced farmer. Hey wait a second....
