LONDON (Reuters) - A British man has met and married a 22-year-old woman after, by his own account, dreaming of her phone number and then sending her a text message.

David Brown, 24, says he woke up one morning after a night out with friends with a telephone number constantly running through his head. He decided to contact it, sending a message saying "Did I meet you last night?."
Random recipient Michelle Kitson was confused and wary at first but decided to reply and the two began exchanging messages. Eventually they met and fell in love.
"It was really weird but I was absolutely hooked," Kitson told the Daily Mail newspaper. "My mum and dad kept saying 'But he could be an axe murderer', but I knew there was something special about it."
After a long courtship, the oddly matched couple -- he's six foot seven inches tall and she's five foot four -- have just returned from their honeymoon in the Indian resort of Goa.
A love-struck Brown said: "I've no idea how I ended up with her number in my head -- it's only a few digits different from mine."

check this, I used to spam people on myspace for a band I just knew was gonna make it big (and now people are starting to see them on MTV and shit and they're coming to me like "hey, isn't that the band you were talking about all those years ago?" shit like that) and that's how I met my fiance.

Go figure, the band made it huge, and one of the people that liked what they heard just happened to be a really hot, really awesome girl and messaged me a "Thank you" reply for introducing her to the band. 3 months later she moved in with me lol. Now we've been happily engaged for about a year now...

hmmmm, oddly matched? I'm 6'7" tall and have only dated one chick over 6' tall. She was 6'2" and believe me when I say we stood out in a crowd. Every other nice lady I've had the pleasure of boinking has been between 5'1" and 5'4".

My best friend is just over 6'10 (I am only 6'2"). It is weird walking around with him, but it is good because I can never lose him in a crowd.

I laugh at the fact when people are 6'6" and above, one of the first questions they get asked is "do you play basketball"?

When I was in college...During breaks like Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.....I would sometimes not go home and stay on campus.

On several occasions me and my buddies would dial random campus dorm #'s looking to see if any women were " stragglin' " and bored with nothing to do.

Many times we ended up with "company" for the duration of the break.

Random #'s work....trust me.
