DR80 - Enough CFL's

hello, i got a DR80 31x31x63 i got 6 plants im waiting to sprout. I have 3 60w and 4 14w for now. i plan on getting a 150 hps soon but i just wanted to know if this was enough for now? any help please.

my temp is 70-80f and my humidy is around 60-70% so that part is good i just want to know if im going to need more lights RIGHT now?

are the plants still in veg?? sounds to me like a decent amount of lights

yes they are in veg...in fact havent even got to veg. i planted them on friday and still waiting for them to sprout. Not sure if i need more light since they havent risen from the soil.
