DR100 tent / 400w HPS - 1 plant or 2?

Hi guys, my previous grow had 3 ladies inside (GH Alaskan Ice, GH King's Kush, Nirvana Chrystal) and they were fighting for room, needing a lot of adjusting to make sure they were all receiving light.

I'm considering a new grow, possibly with my same DR100 (1mx1mx2m) or changing to a DR80 (0.8x0.8x1.6) but the question is..

Do I grow 1 x GH Super Silver Haze and go for a large yield by super cropping and devoting the whole tent space to it or do I add another GH Super Lemon Haze and let them share the space?

As I'm only growing 1 or 2 I am looking for maximum yield so would appreciate your advice on which would achieve more given the grow room size and light output.

I watched the vid on Greenhouse Seeds website on the Super Silver Haze and theirs looks as big as a Christmas tree!

I forgot to mention - if having only 1 in the tent would she grow bigger/yield more if I used a larger pot than normal?

Well it depends on how big you grow the plant, how big was your 3 plants from last grow?

Chrystal grew big and bushy so needed a lot of width, Alaskan ice grew very tall and stretchy whilst the King's Kush grew small and like a Christmas tree. On Greenhouse seeds website their example of the SSH is HUGE, I just dont know whether I will get more yield with 1 huge plant or 2 smaller ones?

Hmmm, i would go for 2 smaller plants, becuase you could get 2 different strains and the plants being smaller means the lower buds will form better

That was the plus point of having two, two different strains to try, yummy!

I know there will be plenty of room in my DR100 but I wanted to downsize to the DR80 to save some space but not sure if it will be big enough to grow two ladies and not be fighting for light space?

Nice one mate, looking good! I grew 5 auto's (4x white russian, 1x easyryder) in my Dr100 and had plenty of room as they don't grow to tall or bushy. What strains are you growing there? I found that my auto's really varied in quality so will be going the standard veg/flowering feminized route again like my first ladies.

yea i agree autos come in many phenotypes, at the moment from day one of germinating seeds, i have 3 maxigom autos going on day 64 a bit slow , 3 speeddevil for sweetseeds at day 59 funny thing about them the SD all 3 look different i guess its what they call unstable strain or phenotypes just a heads up to anyone looking at buying them , all looking good but one seems to have the better genes it has more trics since day 45 and more milky looks like it will be the first to mature. i also have some younger strains 2 fast bud from sweetseeds at day 34 and 1 big devil day 33 from sweetseeds. next grow im thinking about doing 5 girls from the green house co. inda/sativa collections great deal 22 euros for 5 different strains worth a shot.
