2) Sour Diesel

The Sd was my favorite until i grew the BubbaOG. After that I like them all for different reasons so it to hard to pick my next favorite. If you made me pick a #3 it would probably be the Cindy99....but Big Purps, Millennium Bud and G13 are have things about them that i like better then the cindy.

I’ve learned from my current run that I need to do fewer plants at a time to fit my growing style and flower room.
So….I will be doing 2 seeds at a time instead of 4 at a time. After awhile I will start 2 more so I can rotate them into the flower room and start a perpetual grow. This will help me get my best out of each plant and keep the headaches from over crowding to a minimum.

I started the germination process on September 15th by soaking them in a small glass of water for 6 hrs and then into paper towel. 24 hrs later they both had ¼ inch taproots and they were planted (tap root up) in Jiffy Pellets. I put them into pellets at 7pm on the 16th. 1 cracked the dirt in less then 24 hrs and the other about 36 hrs.

I will be going with the same set up I currently have going.

Veg- start under T-8’s finish under 250 MH

Flower- 1-600HPS
2-400HPS all hung vertically.

I will use Jacks Classic nutes in Pro-Mix soil.

How come you put the tap roots up tho??????? An when in the pellets did you keep in the dark or under a bit of light???

I put tap root up as per Dr Greenthumbs instructions on the seed packs. I thought it sounded crazy at first but i tried both ways side by side and the tap root up cracked the dirt quicker. After that i figured that Doc knew what he ws talking about.
Yes, i keep them under light while in the pellets.

As you can see from the pics Im having some problems with these. Hopefully some Nitrogen will fix up plant 2. Plant 1 is a bit droopy but is growing like crazy. 11 inches in 7 days.

Hey doc, do i detect some leaf claw in the first shot?
 
id flush the shit out of them, put fresh food in and mist them with 20-20-20 water soluble until the leaves green up

My timer blew out and my flower room lights have been running 24 hrs for the last 5 days without me knowing......Im going to have to look into a different company for my equipment because everything form these guys blows up on me.
i only hope I didnt freak the plants out too much...I wont be surprised if they start throwing nanners but none so far.

Dang what a bummer,get it back on track.
 
Well, with the light screw up the bud formation seems slow but the plants are starting to look much better. The yellow on the top of plant 2 is gone, but there is some lower damage that isnt going away.

Plant 3 looks like I got her dialed in a bit better and will probably go into flower early next week.

Not the best photos but it gives you the general idea. I didnt get any good pics of plant 2 so what you see here is p1 and p3 which i just put into the flower room last night. P3 doesnt have the problems i had with the other 2 so i have much higher hopes for it. I started it at 12 inches so i dont get the stretch i did on p1.
p1 and p2 are starting to fill in but i dont think they will finish in 20 days...probably because of my timer/light screw up and other health factors. They do look much healthier then they did 2 weeks ago but I still have the leaf claw thing happening.
