Dr Greenthumbs Colombian Skies Smoke report

Hello All,
Ive had the good Dr's Columbian Skies in my garden for about 2 or 3 years and have never posted a report on it yet. So here goes.....

First I will start with some pictures of it during flower and then I will post the Smoke report.

Let me just say that this one smells so good during flower that i wanted to chop it down and smoke it way before its done...but i knew better. The only way to describe it's smell would be to say it is very dank and "old school" and reminds me of pot from the 70's.

It went a total of 56 days for flower and the trichs are 60% cloudy 40 % clear.

Here are some pics....

The last one is when I frist put it into flower and the rest are at about 50 days..

Okay some of those were the wrong Pictures...the first and second pics are from my Cindy-99 plant...the rest of them are the right ones.

Method Smoked : Joints, glass pipes and vape.

SMELL

Dominant smell of bud : Earthy/ Dank
Associated smells of bud: 70's columbain

TASTE

Dominant flavor: "Old School" earthy flavor.
Associated flavors: Fruity Dankness

Harsh/smoothness: (1-10, 1 being extremely harsh and 10 being extremely smooth) --
6- not the smoothest but not harsh either.

- cough factor? : Yes/no ---
Yes-

BUZZ- A very potent sativa high with that "up" or "energetic" feeling. A good day time smoke but when overdone can cause a bit of couchlock. Not as racy as the C-99 but still very potent. Causes drymouth big time unlike the Cindy which doesnt seem to at all.

Profile--
Potency: (1-10, 1 being extremely weak and 10 being extremely potent)
8.5
Duration: (approx length of buzz, from first hit)
2-4 hrs
Use: Daytime/Bedtime --
daytime or bedtime

Munchies? : Yes/no----
Yes

Comments-I love the smell of this stuff when growing and after harvest. It really does remind me of pot from the 70's, not as spicey but still real nice. When smoked the Earthy Dank flavor comes out and I havent even cured it yet. This is the last clone I had of this one to survive after some serious problems I had with my last room. I still have some of the original seeds I got from Dr Greenthumb and will pop them and see if they are still viable after so long. However I wont be able to do this for awhile because of space issues. I will miss her but at least I still have few oz's left to remember her by. She tastes great in the vape.

Final comments- A really good Sativa cross that I'm guessing has a good amount of Indica in it. If you like the taste of old time Colombian then this seems really close to me. And, unlike the landrace Colombian, this one doesnt take forever to finish. If i hadnt lost this one I would have kept her forever in my garden...oh well.
Medical qualities-
Great for Depression and when used in large amounts a fairly good pain reliever and sleep inducer. Never gives me paranoia so this one should be okay for anxiety.

Peace- Dr Gruber

After a week or so of cure this stuff is getting really stoney. I smoked a joint last night and before I knew it my back pain was gone. Just sort of faded away without me being aware of it. The next thing I know my wife is waking me up to get ready for bed, I havent had a smoke knock me out like that in awhile. I seriously needed some pain relief and this one is helping very much. I cant wait to get my Indicas going to see how they work for my pain.
