Look at my posts, I am an active an productive contributor. They finally sent my replacements after 6 weeks of no word. They never disappeared in the mail, they were NEVER mailed. Implications that I'm an agent of a rival seedbank, are not appreciated. If you have a positive contribution to make (i.e. Your success or issue with dr.GT), that's dandy. However all you are doing is trolling essentially. By the way, post count is irrelevant. If I felt I got ripped $150 bucks on a pack of beans, I'd create forum accounts ,where I didn't have one, just to warm people against the same pitfall. All you are doing is creating undue controversy with implications of "schill accounts". You're a mod., your job is to keep things running smooth, not stir up more shit. C'mon man, you should know better
That's about the best way I could put it too, if you're paying a premium price, you really should get premium service.
I paid $200 for their g13 and they didn't germinate. His instructions are to use your regular nutrient solution at 1/8-1/4 strength under a soaked paper towel and keep them between 85-105. I've never germinated my seeds with nutrients but I followed his instruction anyway, I'm sure he's done this a million times but it didn't work for me.
He said he would replace them but wants me to send the seeds back first, what I'm bummed out about is the time it's going to take shipping them back and forth, especially hearing that KPmarine's been waiting since March. Hell, I made the original order April 11th and paid for express shipping so I could get a jump on putting them in the ground. I germed some of my personal Thai seeds which take a bit more time than usual, I used his instructions just for a test and all five showed a tap root within three days, the last one sprouted this morning so I don't think it's the method.
I have no idea why he's waiting to get the seeds back before he replaces them, the only thing I can think of is that he thinks they may have dried out and if he tells me they did, I'll know he's full of shit and I'll never order another seed from the guy.

Most other businesses ask for the defective product before they ship replacements. I think they do it to prevent scammers, which I understand. It really does suck though. Most of the seeds that didn't sprout for me were tiny and pale, I think I was just given immature seeds. To be fair, my experience isn't the norm; it just happens more than it should at $15 a bean.

Do you have evidence his stuff is that bad? Endless sky is really the only one that seems to get alot of negative reviews. I haven't seen alot of issues with his other stuff.

You didnt ask so you assume it doesnt come with guranteed shipping dont hate on the doc, his shit is amazing and ive gotten my shit on time from hime, 3 packs IAF shipped express, were on my doorstep within 2 days, and when i place my order i asked if they gurantee there express shipping and i was told that they do!

Anyways your right they should advertise that there express is also guranteed shipping, but know you all know and if you call and ask them im sure they will tell you the same thing they told me... and from now on if i were you guys id drop the extra 35 per order.
Also what other seed bank has EVER gotten seed to you within 48hrs of purchase, legit????
because dr. gt is the only bank thats ever gotten seed to me faster then 2 weeks perioed even with express shipping, and his express is WAY cheaper then any other banks
i can feel anyones pain whose been "ripped off" by dr. gt or anyone perioed. but you do have to consider the fuck ups arent his fault or his genetics, its the help hes hiring, and his company is BOOMING so hes probably not getting the chance to hire the right people and when you dont have the right people doing the job they fuck shit up and peoples orders get fucked up

No worries, I've noticed the dr.greenthumb threads around here get a bit heated. haha The lady seemed to genuinely feel bad about the delay. It would not suprise me if it is just too many orders, and not enough people to handle it. I will say my initial shipping was prompt, and there was no hassle when I tried to return the seeds that didn't sprout. My only problem was that it took me weeks just to get a status report on it because nobody was in the office when I called during business hours. Turns out the doc had left them on a table somewhere because they got crushed on the trip back and he couldn't tell how many were there. I can understand not wanting to send me 10 to replace 6, but he could have just repsonded to one of the three emails I sent asking about them. So I guess my only complaint is with the returns department, for lack of a better term. The other ones sprouted in 48 hours, sadly I made the mistake of letting a friend watch them because of an emergency trip I had to make.
I have had dealings with greenthumb for about 10 years and have never had an issue. I asked them about your "problem" this morning. They said if you made a complaint about being charged for 2 strains and their records show you were only charged for one, you would be asked to send them a copy of your statement and if your statement showed two charges they'd send another pack immediately with additional seeds by way of apology for the mistake or refund the difference. Since you failed to mention this in your posts though I think your posts are bs and that you didn't contact them at all because there never was a problem. And yes I checked and Express shipping is 100% guaranteed

I called him this morning as well actually. He answered talked to me for quite a while. I didn't ask about any of this shit, but It makes me laugh that my Dr GT Bubba OG is fantastic and worth every penny of $200 and I call and bullshit with the guy. Whatever problem you had, take $200 and try that shit again.
