the more ya think about it the tougher the argument.. as a business owner i would have a difficult time honoring every lost/confiscated order.. yet i am fully aware that i need to take care of my customers.. yet again, who's being honest? should i honor a confiscated order? wasn't the buyer aware of the risks?? but i do want the customers to come back for more business etc etc etc.... the argument goes nowhere.. both are right, both are wrong..

Exactly, but then when seeds are sub par because of quality issues, its on the heads of the breeders and the seedbank imho.

I am just saying that is a very rare and extreme case. They are not going to come kick your door down for 10 seeds in the mail. If that were the case it would have happened to 1/2 of the people on this site.

I agree, but it has and i suppose could be a new issue, doc's site is also down for w/e reason been down over 24 hours. who knows.:confused:

Sorry man thats the risk you take if you live in a state where cannabis is illegally. I have ordered seeds through AMS ducth seeds and didnt receive shit. But I didnt go on the fucking internet and cry about it like you did. I have bought from the doc
small quantities mind you but my order always came. I can only illegally you buy small
orders as to not raise suspicion, . As you have heard on the TV commercials don'nt put all your eggs in one basket, meaning large seed purchases can be detected,

Wow I saw the letter....can you blame them? The return address says

225 High Street and not too clear what the title of the place was....
not very discrete. Also if the return address is not good and they get a lot of strange things from that source....well they are going to open them eventually.

I would assume that seed companies would be more discrete in packaging and provide a legitimate address. After all seeds do not have THC in them. If you look online, you can buy thousands of hemp seeds to feed birds. It's slightly illegal for customs to confiscate the seeds. Actually I think it is very much illegal because there is no THC content. It is not technically marijuana. Well America is full of double standards.

Idk the official rules of it but i know if you get seeds from overseas and customs open it they have the right to take them.

They change their stealth all the time when they get many complaint of custom seizures.

Have you tried that with computer software? I've had a few places that absolutely refuse to take back or refund on opened software.

the Doc has the best prices, genetics and fastest shipping around. he also gives freebies out all the time. i wouldnt deal with anybody else. i received multiple orders without a problem, and he also has great customer service. he is the best seedbank around.

Okay so did you try to talk to them or call them?

Did you try to resolve it? You never know......shit happens to everyone. There just might be some confusion and I understand why you are mad. You expected what you paid for which is logical however there may really have been something screwy that happened. You just got to chill and figure out what so you can make the best of the situation. If you do all you can and they do not do anything then I would feel like that is beyond reasonable doubt. You really should try or you really are going to lose your dough and there will be no cake....know what I mean? :neutral:
