Yea thanks for the reply nugs and jj
There like little white flys so I was assuming "white flys".
It's only on a leaf or two so I just got worried reading about these new mites you guys have been talking about. As long as it's not those I'm happy:razz:
these new mites sound vicious though.

@doubletake you can use neem oil to kill the aphids on contact. But in flowering they hide deep in the buds and eat, shit, and reroduce. Aphids give birth to live young so it is hard to control them. The only thing I have found that works in flowering is emusified neem oil mixed with dish soap or blasting them Off with a hose. Bayer citrus fruit and vegetable will prevent aphids but is systemic so I dont recommend using during flower. I lost the main cola on my faorite plant to mold from the aphids secretions. Also if there is hella ants around tha t is a major part of the problem.

Isnt spraying forbid and avid a waste? I thought those were systemic and absorbed through the roots. Usually only want to go 1-2 weeks in flower with it or else it can be harmful to your health.

systemics don't need to be absorbed thru a root drench. foliar apps are a suitable method, the best really for this. im sure the GH ppl weigh their options v. carefully when it comes to pesky remediation. :joint::leaf:

I won't use them at the same time.....& I won't use Avid once flowering starts...

I'm gonna hold off spraying any more forbit. It seems to have worked, & even though I wore a respirator, after 3 straight days of exposure I'm feeling an allergic reaction to something. I can't say for sure it's from forbid but my allergies have been in a fit for several days, I'm feeling a bit under the weather. I'm not really bad sick, but I can tell my body is fighting something...I'm gonna give it a brake..I'll spray with azatrol in a few days..
On the flip side I don't see any progression of the mites up the plants onto the un-effected buds...

Double I get reactions when I just spray pyrethium....I wear a mask but all my exposed face parts begin to tingle...then after i get a runny nose watery eyes....only happens when i fog the green house...need full head protection..lol....hope you fell better....I wash up right after also....I use castile soap to wash with...but face still tingles...may use one of the painters hoods at lowes next time...with goggles and mask....glad its done for the year....
