333maxwell Active Member Mar 20, 2013 #4 Heh.. I toss in a small handful for 3 gallons and never worry about it. Too much of course is a bad thing in 'theory' ....but in truth the plant will be chopped long before 'too much' lime would become an issue...

Coho Well-Known Member Mar 31, 2013 #9 Sprinkle it on top of the soil if already potted. If mixing soil just throw it in.
