dont know what going on

my plant is only 6.5 ins and been growing for about 2 months. I started it with (dont laugh to hard) a halogen 500 watt shop light. But then i waz reading on the web and realized that it would not grow rite.So i went out and bought a 26w cfl bulb. Its grown but really slow and seeds are already forming. Branches are growing from inbetween Branches. Can anybody help me on this? THANKS

Your plant must have turned hermi becoming both male and female thus putting out the seeds. Your overall quality will be affected by the seeds. I would use 6 or more of those 26 watt bulbs. increase the light because one bulb isnt enough.
