Definitely.........NOT! Got a ways to go there kid. The pistils turning brown doesn't mean it's ready. Looks like you still have a couple weeks to go. How long has it been flowering?

well those pics were taken two weeks ago , its on its 8 to 9th week

When you get the scope, this is what you want to look for. I know you said that your plant has been flowering for 8-9 weeks now, but some plants, especially Sativa's, and Sativa dominant plants can take 12-14 weeks to finish up. Do you know what strain it is, because your girl REALLY doesn't look like it's ready yet.

im off to buy a magnifying glass , i heard i will need atleats a 50 x , is that true?
