I have two orders of seeds that I'm waiting for from herbieseedshop in spain and I've been waiting for both of them for over a month now, they get stuck in customs everytime... meanwhile I ordered some seeds from originalseedstore 2 weeks ago and they just got to me today with no custom problems at all. Just a heads up, but your warning would likely have more impact if your post didn’t come off like an advertisement... many people will simply interpret your post as an obvious attempt to “poach” business away from Herbies. Try ordering from many of the great US based seed banks and you can skip right over that risk!

I'm not trying to "poach"any business I'm just trying to save people from going what I went through.

Herbies moved to spain months ago, and to be honest i have never had problems with them. If you get stuff stuck in customs that is not the fault of Herbies now is it. For now i would not expect any response from Herbies considering all of Spain is on lockdown. Maybe you will be lucky and get a free covid19 strain when they turn up. Customs can not seize seeds get your facts right,

It's not the seed bank that confiscates your seeds, it's US Customs, and it happens randomly.

There are countless threads on this site about confiscated seeds coming into the US, and it definitely isn't limited to a single seed bank. Most Canadian seed banks won't even sell to the US for this, and other reasons.

Yeah I probably went a little overboard by "poaching there buisness" but I'm just saying if your located in the US and you order seeds from Herbiesseedshop your order will get stuck In customs. They have great customer service but they just need to work on there stealth shipping... I tried buying off another seedbank in spain called originalseedstore and I had no problems with customs seeds got here in two weeks with no problems at all. So maybe its just where I'm located in the USA, but herbies wasn't working for me...

Their selection of breeders looks pretty dismal. What did you try to order?

FIRST ORDER: 20 moby dick xxl AUTO, 5 BID BUD AUTO, AND 8 FREE SEEDS GORILLA GLUE. (BEEN WAITING FOR THAT ORDER FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS)
SECOND ORDER: 10 BLUE DREAM AUTO, 5 PURPLE PUNCH AUTO. ( BEEN WAITING FOR THAT ORDER FOR A MONTH)

Considering the covid-19 has been out and about for over a month you could be waiting a long time!

People are on lock down, buying up tp like it will save their lives and shit is a fucked up (to paraphrase idiocracy).

I've ordered from Herbies a number of times and always received something lol. I pay the extra for stealth shipping so maybe that makes a difference? Problem I am having now is that the Frisian Duck that I ordered has no signs of being a duck strain. So I believe they, or their vendors, fucked me with a mislabeled bag. I have never needed to make use of their customer service teams, but now that I do for the first time I do find it lacking greatly.

I feel your pain. I had a pack of seeds seized at LA customs. Herbies said they'd resend to another address/person. It's been over a month since they were seized and no shipping confirmation yet. I've ordered from them before but never had an issue. The Covid is slowing things down and I read on another thread that a lot of peeps are getting the shipments intercepted by customs. Could be the new Christofascist AG, Bill Barr. Rumors in the press that say he's going after weed businesses but who knows for sure.

I dont think thats the case at US customs from my recent research. Over on Reddit there's a crap ton of ppl pissed off about ridiculous shipping delays. 2-3 months for a lot of folks. Someone from US customs wrote on their whats up right now. They are super backlogged. On any regular day they get roughly 700,000 packages/mail a day to check, they are short staffed and due have priority focus on certain stuff to be let through due to Covid, he wrote its literally impossible for them to check every package and something like 70% of stuff goes through on an "honor system" they're believing what it says on the package. I doubt they have staffing dedicated to search for weed items specifically and its just luck of the draw. But anything is possible I guess.....
