Domestic VS International

Helllooo fellow RIU amigos.

I have a question about the repercussions of your package being seized either by customs ( international ) or by USPS,UPS,FEDEX ( domestic )

from my understanding is that if swims items where seized by customs all that would happen is swim would receive a letter of seizure but no prosecution.

BUT

If swim had the same compound mailed domestically and they where intercepted / seized what would happen?

SWIM is on the receiving end.

nothing huge ~ medium size envelope to small box


if the postage was seized domestically would SWIM just recieve a seizure notice and be able to claim the same rights as if it was seized by customs? or would their be LE at my po box.

any firsthand experience?
