Our seeds sprouted through or plugs yesterday and we have them in a tray with a dome over it.. we are wondering if we should keep it on or take it off.. I've heared some many differnt opinions on this but whats truly best?? We are also using a heat mat and there under two t5 fl bulds if that matters?

Thanks dano..:weed:

I keep the dome on and put in next to a window for a couple days after they sprout. After that, I take the dome off leave it by the window for another couple days then they are hardy enough to go under the lights :)

get the damn thing off, it's unnecessary and can cause damping off fungus killing your sprouts. ALSO #1 a humidity level over 70 % (almost certain under a dome) will stop transpiration and shut down growth #2 your blocking light and you can't get the lights as close either #3 you can't have a fan circulating air into the plants.

once theyve been germinated you should FOR SURE take it off, they dont need it and THAT much humidity will only hurt
