Does vegging longer mean flowering longer?

If your vegging for 6 and 8 weeks should you flower even longer than normal as well ? For instance normal flowering time being 60 days being turned into 80?

Everyone has said it, NO!, it only means your plants will grow bigger and have higher yields.

Well I've done everything to the best of my knowledge. This is only my third grow ever. Mostly mystery bag seeds to experiment with. Good bag seed if I do say so myself! I usually stick to what works and tweak very little as I go. Still learning and it has been strictly Canna products with the exception of Botanicare Cal mag plus at 3 ML per gal the whole way through. Not to high and not to little. My faucet water has a TDS OF 200. And I let that bubble for 48 hours before I use. Here are some pictures of one of my mystery girls at the end of 7 weeks. That's the reason I ask is because I vegged for 8 weeks from seed under T5's and defoliated the shit out of them before I put them under 12/12 of 4- 600 watt HPS Genesis bulbs in Blockbuster hoods with 600 Lumatek dial a watts. It doesn't look as full as my last grows at this point since I vegged a week longer. Any advice guys?

Here is one of my Dead Heads I LST'ed and the main branches are curled under. These beauties are reachers from hell! Didn't have much of a choice but to start bending and twisting and the buds under seem a little less full even though I have strip lighting underneath to help.

No ....but this question in part is strain dependent, many strains past the 60 days say 75 days will start to look crap, like they have very yellowing leaves, like to much or too less a food, the plant has passed its peak and needs to be put down, others say, with a lot of Sativa, can easily go 85-95 days plus, with out any visual indication of disruption.

In time you may wanna make your own strain, and if you KNOW the individual strains concerned its a breeze and highly addictive hobby,

Your absolutely right! But I just couldn't see myself buying expensive seeds for learning on. Plus I'm still trying to master cloning. I'm not having much luck at it for some dam reason. Once I get the cloning down I'll break the bank and invest in some seeds to start down on to grow and master. As well as keep my favorite phenos Thanks for the post man.

Cloning is easily done in a cloner a bubble cloner where returns are in the 95% plus, all you need is a rubbermaid ,, an air stone, a fish tank air pump and a fish tank water pump, google Rumples cloner, for a rocket start, maybe here at RIU...?

Best little investment I ever made right here. A high volume paddle paint mixer from lowes. This has cut my mixing time by 3/4 and it's fast too!! Put it on a cordless drill and it's mixed up in 10 seconds.
