can u use miracale grow soil?

sure why not, thats some of the best soil out there although i strongly reccomend hydroponic system if u can afford slash have the space for it

Miracle grow will work.
You need to wet thouroughly the first time and pick up and see how much the pot weighs.
Let it dry out completely (get wetness meter for soil).
Then water again thougroughly.
Repeat.
Hold off on adding any other nutes for atleast 30ds.

Is that time release or just Miracle Grow potting soil?

You should also get a bag of perlite and mix about 40% perlite into the potting soil.
This will give you good drainage and aireation for roots.
Make sure you have good draining pots.
