does this look healthy

This is my first grow so of course I'm both a little worried and very inexpierenced. This plant is L.A. Confidential Cheese from DNA genetics. She's 26 days old. I started her in a fox farm organic potting soil. I'm using a 400w equivalent, 5000k, 6200 lumens cfl. Temp is at 77.5 while under light, about 10 degrees cooler when not. I can't figure out how use my timer to save my life, so she's on a 15/9 schedule ( I know it should be 18/6 ). She's not getting any fresh air either cause I live in Jersey and it's way to cold to open any windows and I'm reading that co2 is important. I haven't started nutes yet, was gonna start in 2 weeks. The pics are my "high tech" grow set up. The nutes I plan to use, and the plant itself. I would be very greatful for any expert help;-)

Hey im no expert but what is the acutal wattage? Not the equivalent. Look good to me but im no expert

Those first signs of life are exciting aren't they :hump: she looks fine. Right now just be careful to not overwater her, that will cause root rot and she'll die before her young life ever starts. You can start nutes in 2 to 3 weeks. Just let her do her thing and don't overwhelm her.

It should be efficient for just the one plant but keep an eye on it. Not sure if will need to boost it with another for flowering stage. I am no expert so I may be wrong but that is my understanding of it. If I was you thouhg I would just let it grow and see how it goes. It is more then efficient till it flowers then can judge from there :)

Ok first your specterm is wrong get 6500K i had 5000K and was told it was wrong and switched and seen results but they grow fast as seedlings anyways. Becareful with those nutes there are very strong. i tried a bunch and came to the loving of fox farm for all veg and flowering. There line up with schedule is very clear on what, and when, i use only 1/4 to start and work my way up to 3/4 never the full 100 it sayes (word of mouth and experiance)

Also you are using Fox Farms which off the shelf is rich with nutrients. So no need to rush into supplementing the plants with nutes early in its life.
