Does new growth turn yellow right after transplanting?

I have 10 AK-48s that are 3.5 weeks old and i just transplanted them into foxfarm ocean forest 4 days ago and 2 days ago, some of the new growth at the top is growing out yellow instead of green..Is this because the roots have not had time to get in the new soil and get nutrients yet? Thanks

The plants look great, and those leaves will not turn yellow, they will come out nice and green.

But some of the new growth looks yellow, not greenish yellow. How long does it take the roots to get in the new soil and start taking the nutes up??

Am I just over reacting?

Three and a half weeks are considered by many to soon to be feeding your plants. Not by much but maybe by a little. Some people say 2 to 3 weeks before feeding and some say 3 to 4 weeks but I like to go at least 4 weeks and sometimes a little longer depending on the strain and how it appears at the time. I like to play it safe.

New growth often is less green/light green/slightly yellowish until in the sun/light and photosynthesis occurs for a while and then they green up but if they were green and turned yellow then you may have a problem. Just give them a few days or so and see if they green up or not.

I have had them under 24hrs of t-5 lights for the 3.5 weeks and then when I transplanted them. I put them under 22 hrs of light with my 400watt MH bulb. Could that have anything to do with it? They are growing out yellow.
