Does my seedling look yellow?

Hmmm....IDK, it does look a little 'off' to me. Also, I notice that there really aren't any serrations on the leaves, as if they've been stunted, or something. That looks alot like FF OF soil. Is it? Have you given it any nutes? Water PH?

It's possible that it's fine, I just like to be thorough.lol All the strains I've ever grown, have been a nice uniform green color, and had nice sharp serrations on the baby leaves, which is why I'm asking. It's possible that it's just a strain with differently shaped leaves, so I can't be sure.

jawbrodt: FF OF soil, is correct. I have not given it any nutes. Ph of water is usually between 5.9 and 6.20. Strain is Hindu Kush.

look alright, not something i would worry about. i wouldnt get water on the leaves when the light is on though, i can see when i zoom in real close that it does.

Sounds good, except for your PH. Bump it up to 6.5(I use 6.8 ), and you should be okay. Also, little ones grow slowly if they don't get a good watering, each time they're watered. Don't worry about overwatering, that's a bunch of crap. Overwatering, is when you keep the soil constantly wet, never letting it dry out, OR, have a crappy growing medium, that has poor drainage. I also use OF, and it's some good soil, and practically impossible to overwater. If they don't get watered thoroughly, it stalls them, because the roots can't spread outwards and fill the entire pot. They also start to starve, because the outermost roots can't access any nutes, if the soil isn't damp. Nutes need to be dissolved, to be used by the plant. :)

will bump up the PH, jawbrodt.

I want to water every other day, but just water more thoroughly when I do. Rather than everyday, but less thoroughly.

Yeppir, that's the idea. The theory behind it, is that leaving the soil dry out, fools the plant into thinking there is a drought. Then, when you water heavily, it sends the plant into overdrive, because it thinks that it might not be getting anymore water/food anytime soon, and it packs away as much as it can, just in case. That's supposed to be the best way to get vigorous growth, and what most of us growers do.

LOL.

I love it when people ask about deficiencies in plants that are

lol. People love to treat their seedlings like actual babies. Too bad for them that seedlings don't really like to be babied.
