Hello everyone.

I hope i posted in the right place, sorry if i did not. http://youtu.be/tliqhHnrLjo Been a while since i have posted, have had a lot of physical bad luck lately and have not been able to keep up my plants(cloning,basic maintenance,love) So I have been out for about 4 weeks now:-(but i am out of the hospital and back at it.

I have made a cheap bubble system. the clones are in the 5th day. Clones were small but have cloned this small before in soil., are they too small?
* White widow clones
* under fluoros 24/7
* little superthrive.
* four 6" air stones.
* Temp on outside says 78. I will check with a thermometer later today.

Does it look ok? or should I change something? 5th day and I do not see much happening, I am patient but wanna make sure it looks ok instead of wasting time.

Thank you for the help.

Did you ph water and clones do not need tht much light,18/6 off to side would be plenty.
Clones for me work good at 5.6-5.8 and small dose of flower nutes

You DO NOT have to mess with ph in a bubble cloner, and they root much faster under 24 hrs of light. Also, superthrive is not necessary. Use plain tap water, that's it. If your clones take more than 5-7 days to show roots, get a little submersible aquarium heater. Just make sure after every round of clones that the cloner gets cleaned well and fresh water added.

ph affects nute uptake, nutes are taken by the roots. no roots= no nutes and no reason to adjust ph. and no, the plant taking unphed water will not cause a problem, the ph affects root area.

My luck wiyh bubble cloner is they take forever... im using 5gal bucket with circle holes in lid for neoprenes and a pump inside with small nossles to spray the stems. I get roots in 6 days. Havent lost one yet. Leave never drop once.

i was referring to the res. if no roots it cant take the nutes. media issues like rw are different, i would soak rw in ph adjusted water(dont use it now) but then i put it in to cloner with tap water. i did that for seeds, but not cloning.

The roots are looking great, when i go to plant these in my soil do I just treat this as a transplanted plant or do i need to keep them in a humidity dome from the bubbler to soil?

Thank you for the help.

I know I answered thru pm,but for the record...
These are considered soft roots.They can be gently planted in any medium as long it is not too hotly ferted.
No dome required just ease into the light,they will perk up if wilted,and if handled gently.

For seedlings and clones:Less is more.
