it's general proproganda, for some they won't even reconize what that actual is, others will, some people have even see the inside of a nut like that, i knocked it off real quick like.....all i have to do is smh at some people.....

Legalizing weed will just mean you will be paying more and the government will be taking a cut, like booze and cigarettes. But decriminalizing it is a positive for everyone at least.
