i mist my seedlings about twice a day, and i mist my bigger plants maby once a day only because the humidity is realllllyy low, if you humidity is around 55% you have no need to mist

i mist clones during rooting to help with survival rates.

and occasionally do a light foliar feeding during early flowering.

if you mist it reduces water uptake requirements and allows the roots to send a bit more energy that way.

plants are like people, the lazier you let them get, the fatter they become

I mist 3 times a day every day and even into the first 3 weeks of flowering. It makes the plant stems stronger due to the weight of the water on the leaves, plus the extra uptake of nut and prozyme helps keep away the mold in the later stages of budding.
Another good reason to spray every day is it keeps away bugs.

I mist my plants! I only stopped once they started getting hairs about 2 weeks into flowering.
Misted a couple times a day, whenever I went and breathed on them.

I mist my plants 2-3 times per week, even into flower but i stop at about 4 weeks. It rains outside right?

Exactly, it does rain outside so misting is great for the plants.

I also feed my plants a foliar spray of GH Floraliscious Plus once a week. Really helps foliage growth. When you feed, spray the bottom of the leaves.
