does anyone know whats causing this?(PICS)

the leaves at the bottom of the plant seem to be droopy but top part of plant seem to fine, what could be the cause of this?

any help is appreciated

Are you using nutes? If you are when you water did you spill any on the bottom leaves? i've seen that same thing happen before.... just a thought

What type light are you using?ive seen this happen to a friend whose light wasnt penatrating to the bottom>just my take.hope this heped some
