does anyone know the laws on transporting plants?

I am moving tomorrow from San Diego to Riverside and I have 4 plants that are 33 days into flowering, and 8 more clones about a couple weeks old. I have to cross through one of those border checkpoints, and i'm wondering if anyone has any idea on the best way to transport these...?

Why would theres be a boarder checkpoint from sd to riverside? Its only like 1 hour 20 min away.

Seedlessm, I don't know the law but, you can go around the check point. I know the area real well, made many deliveries in the area in my trucking days, take the road toward the Pala Indian Casino, check the maps or PM me.
