Does anyone else use london water?

I'm growing a few plants at the moment but I'm unsure whether to use london tap water on my soil because I've read on the website that thames water is hard-very hard and in my area it's supposed to average 7.8. Perhaps I'm worrying about nothing but the first plant I grew from bagseed and fed just tap water may have show some deficiencies. Has anyone here grown successfully with london tap water? Thanks.

as for hard water i wouldn't use it anything above 600 has shit load of sediments in it crap you dont want in your soil.

Dude if you live in central london don't use that council juice, its not safe to drink so i'd say isn't safe for your plant.
