Do you think this will work? Rigid ducting.

Trying to expand my 4k room into a 6-7k room and wanted to get up on my rigid ducting game. I'm not a artist but do you think this illustration has potential? Keep in mind this is just a system for my air cooled lights. No environmental stuff is shown. But if you have an suggestions for environmental I'll take me to. I was think sealed with co2 and a/c.

As long as you're okay with the loss of usable light from using sealed hoods and air cooled bulbs, yes it'll work.
If you could swing it, I'd suggest mounting your bulbs vertically and instead of cooling your bulbs, cool the room. You'll get less light deterioration plus there will be no glass to remove the uv from your bulbs.
C02 would definitely be something I'd suggest for a room your size, especially if your temps are higher.
Hydro or soil?

Also, the rigid ducting will help with sound a lot and a little with air flow rate, beyond that it doesn't do much. Maybe possibly prevent tiny air leaks?

Coco 10gal pots. I' was mostly leaning towards rigid for efficiency as far as airflow. Seems like running 3 separate runs with flex not the mention all the turns isn't the best way to go around this.

Sounds like you're going to have some big ladies! You're right though, that kind d of ducting will help with air flow a lot. Most people just never mess with it because they cool their room instead after a certain number of hoods (typically at least)
