Do you think they are winning the war on drugs

What I mean by this is that I hear so often that good extasy, lsd, shrooms etc are so hard to come by. Its nearly impossible for me to find LSD and X pills, you can forget it, they are always bogus pills. I've even had a junkie tell me its hard to find crack now a days lol.

Do you think this shortage of drugs is directly related to the war on drugs? Do you guys think its a good thing or a bad thing? I mean we want crack and even my beloved coke and herion and shit off the street but it fucking sux that my husband and I cant find a good roll on our anniversary to save our lives and lsd.... fucking forget it, so we're reduced to growing our own shrooms but its just weird how everything is worse quality and so hard to find!

Yes. I think the war on drugs directly effects why you and others can't find the shit you want. when stuff is illegal, it creates and underground markey with unreasonable and overexagerated profits. these profits draw the attention of career criminals who are looking for a fast buck. when they don't have a connection, they start "making" their products, which is usually bogus or crap. what you need is somone that knows how it's suppossed to be done, and have them make it for you, or manufacture it. learn how to do it yourself ( that is why so many of us grow our own pot). personally, I stopped fuckin with everything but pot once I realized the potential for being ripped off, it's not worth it.

if you notice though, I said nothing about how the cops and dea are taking drugs off the street, I don't think that they have an impact on the situation. if they do, it's very miniscual. Also, I think that in general, people are moving away from harder drugs, which would also limit the amount of supply you are able to find.

the government even knows its not winning... i think its more demand.. less supply..

I think its just your location, drgs are easy as hell to find out here, and not just crapy ones
the war on drugs is a miserable falure, they spend litteraly billions each year arresting and trying people, this is basicaly throwing money away, I say we follow england and legalize heroine even though I think its pretty rediculouse they did that... but hey, why not its a way to turn a money pit into a money maker.

We are taking the casualties, but I don't believe the Feds are 'winning'.

I believe the War, directly and indirectly, has ruined a lot more lives than the drugs themselves have.

heroin is only legal when prescribed, it is still illegal though, probably makes it much easier to get though

heroine is legal if perscribed here too, its called oxycodin but I read in the papers that they made it legal to shoot up, you just had to be a regesterd heroine user, and buy from the right places, than you can go around shooting up all day
but they call it eroine over there

methadone is legal and free! beat that.

all the people i know that have OD'd were doing methadone (with or without other things)
horrible shit.. but some ppl need it

But with X your right. their is alot of Bunk pills going around these days. this guy was selling pills and they were bunk and a few people died cause they took like 6 of em and od off of animal traqulizers.

yeah, ive heard that methadon is actually worse for your body than heroin, but a lot cheaper to make so that why they do it

From a business stand point the government is winning the "war" on drugs,the shit they steal from citizens pays the cops salaray & then some.

its not like the cops confiscate your weed and then turn around and sell it, they are losing money from the war on the drugs

Your right,they dont make any money on confiscated weed but how's about the houses,bank accounts,cars,motorcycles,casy,tv's,stereo's,boats,tools ect,anything & everything you own can & will be confiscated & sold at auction,you think thats peanuts ? Its a billion dollar a year industry !

Add up the value of every last item you own,then imagine how many people loose every item they own to these laws,once again thats not peanuts.

Add the probation costs for the next 10 years,$300 a week for work release,fee's for Intake,Fee's for manditory drug counseling,fee's for MADD,fee's for Victim Witness,a straight fee of $1,500 to get your drivers liscense back after they revoke it ,which is manditory in my state,the list of fee's is endless.

In one nights work a police drug team can pay its entire years cost from seizure & forfiture laws.

You should read up on how big of a business seizure laws have become,many police depts have bought their own moving vans to haul all the confiscated items in its grown so large,my state is on a mission from god to take everything you own
