do you nickname your plants?

I love my plants. So much so I give them individual names... right now I have two named and two I haven't figured out yet.

My 11 week flowering time Supreme haze is called "Mrs. Longflower" and my 60 day lemon at 80 days is called "Green Runty"

Have to more to name a mataro and another lemon.

Do you guys nickname your plants?

Bertha was my biggest one

Bitch 1, bitch 2, bitch 3, etc.....

We don't take kindly to folks who name their plants around here

They are commodity's, not pets.

I absolutely name my plants. Right now 1 is called Mother Fucker Piece of Shit (LA Con), and another is called my Blow Job Queen( Girl Scout Cookie)

My ex named a few of my plants Alice In Wonderland.

I name all my ladies like I name my girlfriends. They seem to grow better the more attention I pay to them so why not?

I named my first grow lilly...so each grow hereafter is Lilly the 2nd, Lilly the 3rd, etc. Just all in the grower's style I guess.

I did when I was like 10.

Now I just stake them with the strain written on it.

Cruella (De Vil) was the most famous at my house. Her leaves had nitrogen toxicity, so she was nicknamed "The Claw". But I called her Cruella because she reminded me of the hair.

I call them Jennifer, Alison, Phillipa, Sue, Deborah, Annabel, too

I just stick a plastic tab w the strain on it

Pro growers don't name their plants for the same reason farmers don't name their livestock. Couple of weeks and she will be just another jar in my 'fridge. BigSteve.

My last grow was Clover Amelia and Francesca. If you treat them like ladies they will grow up to be ladies.


Syke. In all fun I had 2/3 female. Fran produced the most but Amelia smoked the finest.
