My girlfriends dad is a 70 yr old Vietnam vet who voted for Trump. I don't ever want to bring up politics when I'm over there.
It drives me crazy though. I don't think they ever watch the news and have no idea what Trump is.
I just want to gather all of the cringe worthy stuff Trump has said and his past and present it to him,
and ask him why the fuck would you support this asshole?

Well 1st under Obummer (8 years) I was laid off from a job 3 times. hard to find work while he was in office. Remember "you didnt build that" ?
Mofo never had to make payroll in his life! Did not have a clue about putting people to work. It was all about government handouts.
Obummer Care was a killer for my family. oh yeah the cost went way down...yeah right.
Remember "cash for clunkers" ? My family and I were called racists for just voting for someone different.
Now we are called nazis of fascist. Boy those obami fans are real tolerate ,lol
Also you guys remember Dave chappelle show where the blacks got reparations. Thats how obummer and his tranny wife lived while they where in the white house? Straight up getto living high on the hog on the taxpayers dime . Just minus the newport cigarette truck:o
How much has President Trump taken in salary? I believe he has donated all of his salary to various causes. When is the last time that has ever happen?

Since President Trump has taken office.....everyone who wants a job can have one! Its back in the workers corner now.
Make America great again.......would you not like to see places like Detroit back like they used to be? Obama "those jobs are not coming back, what Trump got a magic wand?"
Abracadabra mofo!

The future is so goddamn brite I need to wear my shades
No. Elaborate. Explain how Obama caused you to get laid off.

Yea we all had it hard about the time he took office. Wasn't his fault and he actually turned things around.

Trump hasn't done a thing to improve jobs and actually caused quit a few to leave.

You need to elaborate further. Actually explain how Obama caused the layoff or harm and explain how Trump has helped.

The right have been rehabilitating his image and personally, I find it almost Orwellian how they have managed to reform his image.

If you haven't already, recommend The Post, a movie from last year. A fair and accurate portrayal of how much power the tricky Dick wielded and how close we came to him as the first Dicktator.
I appreciate the history lesson. Thanks, bro.

My girl’s dad and her mom both support Trump. I’m pretty vocal about the fact that he’s a traitor. Needless to say, we get along, but we don’t talk politics. They’re good people, that’s just how the old PA Ironworker type areas are. Trump panders to their ideology, economy-wise and, sadly, immigration-wise, and they’re middle class Republicans, so you get it.

Islamist infestation ...I think they call it.
Two of our terps are in North America. One is in Seattle, in school. The other is in Toronto, I think. I can’t imagine what would happen if they were forced to return to Afghanistan. I’ve seen the results of situations like it, though. Taliban killed a fellow Pashtun dude for bringing water to the terps on the COP. He went out to the bazaar when we told him not to. The next day, he was found dismembered and strewn from one side of the bazaar to the other. That’s what would happen to my friends if they were deported. They love their country, but it’s dangerous for them to return. They fought along side us against their literal neighbors.

Yeah, that’s unfortunate, but I’m sure your grandmother is a good woman. My grandmother, being born in ‘37, still thinks the word “colored” is socially acceptable, but she’s not racist, and she is a very sweet lady, as well.

How can you be " good people " when you support a fool that is racist, misogynist, lying con artist. Please explain.
Most good Republicans that I know voted for Kasich and despise Trump.
Your soon to be in-laws are POS and revealed to you who they really are.
You can't be against pedophilia but yet still support a pedophile.

Politics aren’t all a person is. They’re good people. They’re just deeply ingrained in the modern sociopolitical system/illusion. They wouldn’t discriminate against people for their beliefs or anything. Like I said, she and I think differently than them, but that’s just how shit is in blue collar areas like the Rust and Slate Belts and the mines. Early Baby Boomers, they are, who grew up trusting the government and believing in the economy of resources, both of which collapsed.

Everyone is suffering because of the Capitalist system, hijacked by its corporate and political sponsors, as is the fatal flaw with Capitalism. It’s why they feed into Trump’s bullshit. He tells them what they want to hear, shit that might change their situation and suffering. They just have trouble differentiating between what’s real and what’s political bullshit. That doesn’t mean they agree with him on everything, and I’m not condoning anything they do support him for either.

I, myself, grew up in poverty, section 8, family made probably 15k or less a year, as one of few “white people” in my city and in my school (there are more Puerto Ricaños than Caucasians in my city). I don’t see race like that, I love everyone. If that weren’t enough, there was no racism in my experience in the Army, but from maybe 1-2 people.

So Cohen pleads guilty to 8 counts. Manafort, found guilty of 8, hung jury on 10. Manafort's tax evasion and foreign banking reporting failure charges stem from payments from the Ukrainian Oligarch who is essentially a patsy for Putin. Charges go back literally decades.

I seriously wish I had the proof at the moment, but I am POSITIVE what I said was correct. That the Russia thing goes ALL THE WAY back to Nixon, and probably most deeply involved the Reagan Administration. I have a feeling that a LOT of steadfast Republican Congressmen have deep ties to Russia that has probably influenced their policies, and that is why they are protecting Trump.

You sure typed a lot just to say " its ok to support a lying adulture who is also racist as well as a misogynist .
I guess as long as they are not racist them self's it is ok to support a racist . Yup perfectly fine to support a man who constantly cheats on his wife(s), just as long as you don't cheat on yours. By all mean support a man who degrades all women...no problem with that because...o_O.
Sure you can throw you support behind a man that looks at his daughter as a piece of meat ( you might want to ask your girlfriend if her daddy ever touch her in a special way ) like the Donald has.
Yeah these are good people  GTFO.
anyone who still supports this man, have some serious character and moral flaws. Do they also want to build that wall ? I bet they do. Does your mother in law enjoy being grabbed by the pussy ? Ask her at the next Thanksgiving bash.
