When you eat something, are you more concerned with how it tastes or what's in it and how it'll make you feel?

Recently it's been all taste but I've gained a little more weight than I'm comfortable with so I'm switching back to worrying about nutrition

is there an option for both?i generally think my food tastes amazing..and its healthy

Ill be the first to say it, I eat whatever I want I dont care whats in it lol. Unless its not suppose to be there, like a finger nail or something...

Thanks for answering the question in your original post!!

Always, what's in it. Health first by default. I'm buying organic foods and cooking meals served at a real dinner table.

One of my kids is a vegetarian. The rest of the family kind of gets dragged behind us into healthy eating.

"organic" is ..well you;d be surprised how much of a marketing ploy that is i would seriously look into your "organic" food

i eat for taste. eatting is pleasurable. like many things. but only if i don't have to prepare it cuz i hate cooking.

Yeah not going to get into the details...but yes, locally grown, co-op organic veg, dairy, even meat locally processed, I spit on the "organic" from the chain stores, that's marketing b.s. ;-)
