Do you add UVB light to your grows?

I've used it also.I have noticed some strains are more sensitive to it. I've used it on two grows now my third I throw it on for 5-7 hours during flowering cycle.It's about $20 and if you live in the U.S Petsmart carries them in the reptile isle.They have it in a Cfl bulb and Fluorescent Tube.So no one misunderstands these lights are to be used in conjunction with more light.And yes it increases trichome production but decreases yield a little.

1 - I wouldn't be able to use more then 200 watts in all onto of using a stove and dryer and my computer stuff cuz any thing more will blow a fuse
2 - I wouldn't be using plants that are tall since I'm going for SOG and they will prob get next to nothing for veg time
3 - A 45w CFL puts out a little over 3,000 lums and is 2,7ooK
4 - I would be having them sideways and not stright up and down
5 - I'm not looking for monster yeild

Don't take my word for it, put some real info into your grow journal - other people will tell you the same thing I did: Not Enough Light!
I can almost guarantee that your stove and dryer are not on the same circuit as your wall sockets. Appliance sockets are wired into 20amp circuits, wall sockets are wired with 15amp circuits. Other than that 20amp or 15amp breaker, the only thing limiting you is the big circuit breaker between your house and the power line.
That leaves your computer, which is probably using less than 300w. The 15 amp circuit in your room's outlets can easily handle over 1400w. Depending on how the room was wired, it's even possible that you actually have 2 15amp circuits. To test this, find your circuit box and start turning off breakers one at a time. If you find the one to your room and only half the sockets stop working, you've got 30amps to work with.
Also I'm not so sure that you can call it a SOG under a couple CFLs - a Sea of Green is lots of little one cola plants under a big HID. Two 45w CFLs might be enough for one plant.
This thread is now way off topic and you need to go read the forum, a lot. I've answered a few of your questions but you really need to plan your grow better than you have. Do yourself a favor and write out what you have planned in your grow journal. Lots of nice, helpful people like me will chime in and say a lot of the same things I've told you here.

1 - This place uses fuses and not brakers between the power and the house brakers
2 - 2 rooms was added on so most of the place was put onto 1 braker
3 - I think there's only 1 plug not the hole 2 plugs but 1 of the 2 plugs on a set is the only one that isn't on the same braker
4 - It depends on the conditions they had when flowerinf with CFLs

I did similar research and every plant other than cannibis, the studies found it lessed yield and quality and legnthened the season. Seems like its only a positive for cannibis and I gotta be honest, most of the really killer I smoke is for sure NOT from UVB lights..
I think there may be a critical window say 4-8 weeks into flower where UVB will be beneficial to THC production, while frying the plant. I think its one of those relationships, UVB is bad for the plant but helps THC production slightly. Wether the benefits outweigh the negitives, im not sure...

In nature, plants get UV light all day, every day. I dont understand why you say this would be bad for them. If that's the case, how do they survive outdoors?

Too much UV causes burn... Same is in humans. "use your common sense man!" (spock accent)

Even ignoring cloudy days and assuming 100% clear sunny days, UV levels peak at midday and are nearly zero early and late in the day. Also, a lot of these CFL UVB lights put out 4-5x natural UVB levels if put too close.
