Do they sell pre built DWC systems

yes, they sell them, but not at home depot or lowes, although i'm sure you could probably find all the parts to build one from scratch from such a place..
if you want to buy one like that, prebuilt, and you don't have a hydro store nearby, your best bet would probably be to order one online..

Would u reccomend getting all my supplies from a hydro store or hope depot etc? Whats cheaper? Will a hydro store have the air pump shit too?? And what will it all cost for just 1 dwc buck/setup?

ACTUALLY! home depot DOES sell DWC kits lol. check their website.

i know they sell 4 and 8 bucket units too but i dont see them now...

I love how the related items for those DWC systems at home depot was a home rust filter kit and a fryolator. Lol. Like they know what you're going to grow in those buckets.

holy crap!..guys..thats quite costly..i built my own DWC/RDWC for a fraction of the cost.

Yes but some guys don't want to learn, work and apply themselves to the grow. Some just want pre-built and magic nutrients to grow stellar smoke. Usually those are the guys that fail, then cry "what is happening?!" Not saying this is one of those guys, but you see them more and more around here.

Just read a bunch of tutorials on DIY systems and decide which type of system you want, then build one. If your not willing to put in the time and effort to build what you want (which will usually be WAY better than what you can buy for a fraction of the cost), then you probably aren't willing to put in the time and effort required to grow properly (especially while still learning and nothings dialed in-think part time job!). Especially a DWC bucket, easy as pie. Do single buckets to learn before you connect them. Just my $0.02

I know a few people that have used the BubbleBoy system/s with measurably good success.

I can also say that you can piece all the parts together at any good grow/hydro store. HTG has 6" and 10" net-pot lids for $4/ea that snap-fit on top of 5Gal buckets.
Do more research, the info is available on this site. Everything from how big of an air pump you need, to nutes, feeding schedules, cleaning, etc.
