hi there, I am a first time grower and just popped some seeds in soil about two weeks ago. I bought aminiature grow tent and cfl lights. Just wanting to know if they are healthy or not?

It’s not looking too bad, little bit of burn of one of the leaves, what soil is it sitting in?

It was in a garden boost soil. But I have gone and purchased a potting mix and perlite and have repotted today. I will see how they go over the next two weeks

Should do great in better soil! Just make sure it doesn’t have a lot of slow release nutes as it will kill your seedling off in no time, has to be soft soil dude!

Yep it’s really soft soil. Was recommend to me by the guy at the plant barn
You should be all good then! When the plant gets bigger you’ll need to transplant ready for flower into a bigger pot, at that point you’ll need heavier soil like bio bizz all mix (example), good luck :)

At what stage do you reckon I will be able to see their gender as these were just random seeds I found in some bud.

Sometimes it shows in veg (depends how long you veg and how much room you have) or around 1-2 weeks after you switch to 12/12, I suggest vegging no longer than 4 weeks if you don’t have a lot of height in your grow space.
