Do these plants look like they're beginning to flower?

I hope they aren't, but I planted them too early apparently. Getting about 13-13 1/2 hours of light a day.

If they are, what's my best option? If I let them flower will the bud I get be good to smoke or will I have to wait until after they reveg and reflower?

Yes they are flowering. Cover them if possible for 12 hour light per day. Let it grow till it has matured, then harvest.

Is this out doors? Looks like it to me.

Your plant is fine from what I can see and yes it does appear to be developing flowers.

Forcing your plant to re-veg at this point would only slow you down so much you might as well plant new ones, so I would continue to flower this plant under a 12/12 light cycle and harvest when the time is ready. If you're worried about your yield supplement it with a few solo cup plants.

Okay, I think I'm gonna harvest these whenever they are done or as close to done as possible. Would it be possible to take clones from them now and plant the clones when they go back to veg? I don't have access to anymore seeds.
