Someone on a different site said these plants had advanced calcium and magnesium deficiencies is that the case or do these look OK I thought the one on the left did have some mag deficiencies because there was some discoloration between veins

Some of the fan leaf stems are red I'm not sure if that makes a difference I didn't get a picture of that but just some of the fan leaf stems nothing else

Sounds like some of the stems get more light exposure than others and got a little bit of a "tan". Just from what you say and the pictures of a healthy looking plant you've posted.
I took some pics of the red stem so you can see it

They’re fine. Don’t worry unless you start getting discoloration on the actual leaf.

you’ll see when you harvest that everything not exposed to the light is neon green and everything that was exposed will be purple.

They're limey green. Looks like they could just use more base fertilizer but your tips are already looking a bit burnt on the leaves so...
Few questions: Are you growing in soil? What are you feeding them if anything and are you pH balancing the feed?

Pictures without the grow light on would be best. Grow lights off camera flash on. They look light green but could just be the grow lights.
