Do these buds look done

I just looked at these white widow plants with a scope and some of the trichomes are milky and some are still kinda clear. Do you think these are ready by the looks of these flix.

Yes two days ago with only h2o but how long should they go after I have flushed them.

I'm waiting for my trics to become 50/50 milky/amber before my harvest.

you wanna be sure and harvest them within 24 hours of a flush
because as the roots dry out theyll start absorbing more crap from the soil that youre trying to flush out
however many weeks or days you wana flush for is up to you tho id say
