Do these adaptors work for cfl bulbs?

Hey all

I was at home depot earlier looking for some daylight cfl's for a small veg box to get some clones started in before putting them outdoors for a second outdoor harvest(im in socal where we never get frost or severe cold weather), and stumbled upon these adaptors that convert a power outlet to a light bulb socket, Just like this one here

What i was wondering is if with that adaptor, would u be able to support a 26 watt cfl bulb? Or, using the y splitter, 2 26 watt bulbs? If so, i would plan on getting a cheap surge protector basically, and either doing a row of bulbs on the top of the box, or doing a row and splitting it with the y adaptors to essentially get two rows on the top. I would mount the surge protector or two to the top of the box, and that would be easier to get a uniform top light than using other mounts and buying the lightbulb sockets on the cord i would think. I would have to zip tie the y adaptors to the surge protector im sure so the bulb adaptor wouldn't fall out of the power outlet.

Anyways, do you guys think those adaptors would work for what im looking to do? Or have some other recommendation that i should use for a small veg box?

thanks in advance

Look go to Good will or habitat for Humanity and buy track lights 3-6 dollars a set
like the stuff in apt bathrooms where you have 4 to 10 bulbs on like a mirror or piece of wood its way better
You can put as many cfls as you want
You can then take a extension cord for less than two bucks and splice into the bulb set up and and you can link them over and over
Its actually cheaper and easier to adjust I swear
I bought the extension that have 2 prongs end too so you dont need to find a three prong cause I use the bulbs with an out let for my stuff
