So last night I saw someone mention in a thread (that I now cant find for the life of me) that with autos you just leave them alone. No cropping or LST at all? Is this correct?

I'm a beginner myself, but I've been reading various sources, and all seem to agree that you shouldn't use anything *but* LST. The reasoning being that the other types require damaging the plant (which requires time to recover) or time to grow new arms (SCRoG) whereas LST just spreads out the branches but doesn't eat up any of your ticking clock til flowering time.

No pinching, topping, FIMing, transplanting, cloning, supercropping, nothing that stresses or slows growth. LST is almost a must for a decent crop. Just lightly bend the stems when they're still young and flexible so light can get to all parts of your plant more evenly while maintaining a more broad and flat upper canopy.
Thanks man! Appreciate the help!!!

Can't say I'll get a lot as this is a first grow but at least you have an idea what it might look like without the LST, topping etc

I don't do anything to mine except maybe over do it a little on the light. I'm running an Optic Vero 250 for one plant.
