Do not use a 8" can fan ho in a 4x4 tent!

My greenhouse is 12x7, plastic and I live in the mountains so it's too much work to run it in the winter. Takin the last 2 plants down tomorrow. I like to take a few months off from growing in the spring so I can travel.

Hopefully next year I can get a place that has a room where I can grow. Basically my bed is in my living room. And my "bedroom " houses the tents.. I have to walk past the "bedroom" to get to my bathroom. So that's why I have to use these tents.

Like I said, I have no ego and I was wrong. I really don't care if people want to say im a noob, not sure why that's a putdown.. but I have been growing great stuff for years.. which makes me not knowing what was going wrong all that more embarrassing.
This isn't supposed to be a who is the hetty grower forum. It's to teach, learn and socialize I thinks

A fan being the problem is ridiculous... I think I deserve a merit badge for not calling him a dumb ass
Well when everything is going great and I'm pretty knowledgeable about stuff and can't figure any other reasons why I'm going to try my best to figure it out. Sorry that I'm not used to growing in tents and thought that an air exchange of 7 times a minute was my problem.?

Used to having a 8 light flip for flower in a big basement and my 1 8" ho was good enough for one of the rooms

its prob. not your exhaust fan man. like someone p0reviously mentioned it would just suck the walls of the tent in. make sure that your light isn't too close to the canopy. make sure you have good air flow coming in.
Thanks good sir.. really believe it was the cold root xone.. specially with organic. .. test plant is doing great. 1444979754899-1004502377.jpg

Not bad for a first tent grow.. took a lohan out 2 weeks ago that was sitting front right in a 5 gal container. . Netted 3.8oz.. hoping for 10-12 off the og at least.. I'm happy for a 600 in a 4x4.. not a commercial grower so if it's good, I'm happy 14449800101541997775978.jpg

just in general. the way the exchange of the conversation was going. People come here for help not to be disrespected.
Unfortunatly we all start at zero. We can't all have years of experience right out of the gate. We're all trying to accomplish the same goal and most of us really enjoy the journey and even the hiccups that go with it. To talk to other growers with superiority, even if it's earned, is a "dick move". Pots suppose to bring people together not push them apart. Smoke another joint and calm down.

I just wanted to come back and update this....

There were two problems that led to the ultimate problem in my design for the tent....

first off it was the closest tent to the AC and it had the largest inline fan and was taking most of the cold air from the AC and keeping the bottom Root Zone very very cold.

Secondly, my cabin is a couple feet above the ground and it gets very cold at night and the tents are placed directly on tile... I went to the Home Depot and got some insulation to put under all of my tents and that seemed to help out a lot.... haven't had a problem since

Thanks to all the positiv20160412_140648.jpg e people out there willing to help.
