Do minor damaged fan leaves still get photosynthesis?

Its okay. I rip off the thrip infected area. You have enough growth. In fact, I often clear bottom leaves after 5 levels of branching to create clearance from ground, and don't over water. I use soap and water. Diatomaceous is good when its powder.

Should i remove this guys, Its getting a lil worse

Never seen this until about 30 min ago but all of my plants are standing up like the sun is out already but its not for another hour. Anybody ever seen this?? I can't imagine it being a bad thing

It needs to be foliated there isnt enough leaves on it. Dont take any leaves off, they will fall off when they are no longer used by the plant.
