Do I really need slow drying if I make oil?

The title says it all.
I finished harvesting, and I kinda hurry to make RSO oil. Whether slow drying is really needed or the process can be accelerated without damage the effectiveness of the oil?

Thanks folks

fast drying will affect your oil results. damage? I dunno, depending on your expectations. I've done it to green weed and got red sticky hard shatter like no other. try some that way and compare to slow dry is my suggestion.

I like to dry the same way as if I was going to smoke it...

I'm making RSO for a family member, I've been making it for years , but thought I'd do some research recently to see if there where some new techniques etc.

I found this video on the subject

I think I'll be stepping up my game and getting a couple new pieces of equipment.
