Do Humbolt Nutrient bottles come unsealed??

I just bought some nutrients from humboldt nutrients yesterday at the local hydro store. Every bottle of nutrients I have ever bought has always had the little seal over the top of the bottle that you have to peel off. When getting home I found 2 of the 4 bottles had seals and the others didnt, is this normal or should I be going back? I was just seeing if anyone was familiar with this, and if its normal that on some of the products they dont put seals on the bottles? Thanks for any input.

Guess its the products used in the nutrients, vented caps so no seal or else it would be blocked, makes sense when explained to me. Trying out the whole organic thing and wasnt aware alot of the organic products are not sealed due to organic material in the nutes. Anyways, Humboldt has good service so far, tech support was there at 9am on a sunday to answer the phones and have had email responses back from them timely whenever I have questions. Lookin forward to using their natural stuff.

check if the seal is inside the cap. one time i opened a bottle of nute and i heard the seal rip off into the cap the first time i took the cap off.
you can always take it back, and be on the safeside, but i dont think anyone is gonna go to the store, fuck with the nutes, and sabotage stranger's grows.

I bought fox farm solubles beastie bloomz and cha ching from my local hydroponic store and both seals were opened.I guessed they probably did this to check it the nutrients were ok or something because people probably try returning shit saying they nuts were bad.

Yeah im sure its fine, just was a little suspect, even more so when 98% of the stuff Ive ever purchased has been sealed. I called humboldt nutrients and had asked if their product line came with sealed bottles an the rep told me that some of the organic stuff comes unsealed due to material in the nutrients that needs to breath from the vented cap they put on. Im looking forward to what their nutrients do for my plants, im hoping for some good results.

I use a few products from HB and some were sealed and some weren't. I never really questioned it though...

Best of luck with your grow :)

Huh...I would be wigged out abotu that too.

Really, truly, that seems odd to not seal stuff, but it seems like the sealing thought that someone brought up is a good point too.

I guess you don't know until you call up the company or you talk to the store to find out what they've heard in the past.

good luck w it
