Do high temperatures lead to more males?

I looked up articles on dioecious plants, which is what Cannabis is, and there were none saying temperature plays a role in sex. The only place I could find that, was anecdotal examples on canna forums. I’m curious because this is the second time I’ve had the majority of seeds I pop go male. The latest grow i have 5 males and a suspect female. Another grow before this I popped 6, didn’t have room, took the lankiest one out and all 5 were males. My grows have gotten hot, but never over 86. I grow with a quantum board and start my seedlings under it. I’ll probably buy a t5 to start my seedlings off for the next grow.

luck of the draw or heat? Or something else?

Might be some bunk shit flyin off shelves there.

I have had temps peak at 90 ( Cali weather ) with Quantums and really only ran oscillation fans.
I run silica to help toughen them up , had some males on and off ( full males ) once in awhile.

Cali connection would throw me the most males …moved on from them.

I’ve grown another strain from him and I really enjoyed it. He also seems like a solid guy. Happy to support folks like that
